The new COB appeased SEC & DOJ by throwing NP under the bus. The demotion of Dr. K keeps him available until they need a second sacrifice. Sidley knew what was required and the new COB knew it had to happen too.


FDA letter is going to be interesting. How many of the paid ghost writers had articles touting the CoV critical "success." Will they have to chase them down? Or will the SEC do it for them?

Hard to make a deal when your scratching for cash. Not likely to have much interest other than bottom feeders like another Vyera -- not much cash in that kind of deal.
