Methinks, wow. Things happen where people try to make themselves look good in the eyes of their management which end up being huge mistakes on their part.

Have seen it happen where I used to work. A product is released that does not conform to specifications and millions of dollars are lost on the API and the finished product. The person who released it along with those that tested it are FIRED.

That person who worked for Samsung will likely never have a job like that again.

Samsung is going to be in full blown damage control for quite a while so it seems.

Pay NETLIST for infringement~! And the licensing fees~!
