Seriously, that would have costed the company tons of money all these years and yes there are delays which is expected and it seems they are close. If Armen wanted to play and screw the share holders he could have just RS the stock and continue dumping on new share holders which is very common with all the shit OTC companies. Again it’s simple folks can sell now and move on unless they are sour.
