Clawman=Technically, you are right. However, from a legal standpoint you are wrong. They are separate. WMI is the "debtor" and WMIH is the "reorganized debtor." WMI stock was delisted and the shares were escrowed. At the same time, WMIH shares were issued to former WMI shareholders who granted the required releases. The two are the same, yet different. WMI stock was delisted while the stock of WMIH was trading daily. Also, it was WMIH who merged with Nationstar, while WMI was still in bankruptcy.
