WMI and WMIH are two separate entities. WMI is the debtor and WMIH is the reorganized debtor. WMI's stock was delisted/stopped trading and their shares were escrowed. At the same time, WMIH began trading under the symbol "WMIH." Plus, if you should review POR7, you would find that the "Litigation Proceeds" are the property of WMI and not WMIH. Again, two separate entities.
