It said exactly what they said it did, simply a confirmation by partner 2 of the offer partner 1 had made and nothing more. The “mystery” about it was fabricated to flip stock.
The transaction closed over 3 years ago and was very well documented.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
