It is simple common sense. A letter from the partner in a transaction “affirming” the offer made in the first letter is exactly what it says, especially when the transaction is fully closed (in October of 2018) and very well documented. Nobody believes that crap about it containing a mega-million dollar offer for dead stock, though there are many who pretend to in this weird “sport.”
If I were going to pretend to be something, the choice wouldn’t be “dead wrong.”
I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
