I'm open to reviewing your point-by-point similarities between the two. To me, though, the fact Yorkville was investigated by the SEC for potentially fraudulent practices as its investment performance with KBLB-type companies grossly outperformed the market, and came out of it highlighting just how good they are at what they do while completely smashing the SEC's outperformance indicator algorithm, is really all I need to form my foundation of logic.
