Are you saying the permit news in NR-A has caused them to do a dilution at 0.025 in order to reload at lower price in an anticipation of much higher price hike towards actual spud? What about a flow test on Merlin-1? These two are connected and ps will fall further down to 0.024 and not because retail wants it with their meager 1 bil shares and 160 mil nothing volume but because they want to add even more at 0.0022?
