I hope that doesn't happen. With a 70% buyin it's in MAKS best interest to see UCPA's price skyrocket.

or the 400+ million they don't own they will either offer to buy them, most likely in the .03-.05 range or convert to MAKS stock at 1 MAKS share for ever 1000 UCPA or thereabouts
