This is very positive vs when Lucky Chief / Demand Brands stated they would be doing $ 50 million E EBIDTA 2021’. Whoever did that proforma was a insider for their own benefit knowing that could not be reached . They must have had a sweetheart deal. I guess their assets were taken out for obvious reasons and new audit assets going in. Whatever the audit numbers of the new deal are assuming their recent ppt of E audit revenues are 2022’ $ 20 million plus then this is EXCELLENT vs a previous company in that was taken out where they were going to do $ 50 million E EBITDA yet they do press release with grinder jars and company could not provide audit numbers of any of their assets .
