The one thing I will say about the share reduction.

I've been in pennies for years, countless companies have always talked about share retirements/buy backs etc.

BLDV is the first OTC company that I've witnessed actually go thru with it. Albeit it was tough and filled with a lot of delays that they always pointed fingers to someone else. But it was completed.

I'm not crazy about them supposedly having to raise the AS to complete it but those transactions are out of my realm or knowledge.
