They still have our W--9 for a reason. Also, if I remember correctly before it’s was amended the information stated that even if the escrow shares were canceled and if there were any returns to the Estate, the owners of the canceled shares are still the beneficiary holders of the Returns. Too bad the Investopedia site was amended back in July 2021 and that information is no longer there under escrow shares in bankruptcy. What’s a coincidence is that it was not amended until after I mentioned it on this board.
