IT had to be COMPLETED by the BK PROCESS to show THERE WAS NOTHING IN THE BK that was to COME BACK, AND ONLY THEN to be able to SHOW what was held OUTSIDE of the BK process.

Again I am not taking this as a BAD THING at all, CLOSING up the WHOLE BK PROCESS and lifting the ""ADMINISTRATIVE HOLD that WMI has been under, IS EXACTLY WHAT WE HAVE BEEN WAITING ON IMHO
