Does anybody else think it is exceptionally dumb to issue new shares before any positive news? Are we so sure positive news is coming if management was so willing to sell shares for such a cheap price? Also, if management is this bad at making deals, are they going to use the money to buy good companies at a good value? They don't seem to be able to spot a deal if it hit them in the face.
