We all have experience others should listen to, I always use teachers as an example, we should ask them what they need instead of......(the first thing they always say is double or triple the number of teachers, yet not one politician advocates that)

Anyhoot, Oil, race, class or whatever, We are failing each other and setting a poor example for our children...They inherit the problems we create and blame games solve nothing and only inflame...
