To be honest, I have quite a few sites with them and this is the first major issue I've had that hasn't been resolved expeditiously. But, what I've seen over the last year or so concerns me. It's something that's concerning in multiple industries from what I've experienced: lack of real customer service. From the dreaded wait times to the inability to communicate issues properly for resolution (whether due to lack of subject matter knowledge or outright failure to understand the language) once you do get a live agent. In my particular case, it was dealing with a bot first then escalated to a representative via chat because that was the only way to get help. Multiple times in dealing with this issue required me to spend HOURS without resolution. Every time, the Tech Support Rep is catering to multiple support tickets rather than one-on-one resolution for my issue. EVERY TIME! The issue is being moved forward each time, but, the time needed to resolve the issue in this manner requires a full day (maybe longer) dedicated to a possible resolution! Because, if you don't stay with it, they don't pick up right where you left off. YOU ARE FORCED TO GO THROUGH THE ENTIRE PROCESS AGAIN! That's insanity! So, I'm very thankful KBLB stuck with it to get resolution! I know it wasn't easy.
