Sorry bud....your explanation hold no water....SEC just doesn't come in and HALT trading on a whim.....

They most likely communicated FIRST with CKYS their concerns, and, did not get a satisfactory reply from Jim and the company, hence they stopped trading shoing they mean business.

PLus they will not resume FRiday.....if possible, it will be MONDAY the 19th ( halt may be lifted FRiday the 16th 11:59PM ).

PLus.....the SEC doesn't believe the PR's about US GOV contracts.....

Something stinks somewhere.....

But for some of you daydreamers thinking this is nothing to be concerned about is rediculous, IMO.

BIG worry, and, no, IMO, CKYS will not open in better shape......not UNLESS the SEC validates that the contracts PR'd by CKYS are indeed valid and clears CKYS of everything....

Jim could put out a statement today.....at this point everything Jim will say is SUSPECT until proven otherwise.....

All institutional interest will take a serious blow, IMO.....

Very unfortunate for CKYS......Too bad.......
