Wyoming sos has share structure and par value correct can't argue with facts, taxes get paid every year, finra and otcmarkets ok'd the fillings that were all posted on otcmarkets.com and dscr went pink current, they clearly saw nothing wrong. transfer agent just updated float still the same as in 2015. transfer agent has a list of ALL shareholders, if there was a problem, we wouldn't get daily share updates.. all these eyes don't see anything wrong...
