Here's a case in point.
I don't go on twitter nor do I have an account.
But about a year ago it was brought to my attention that I suddenly did indeed have a twitter account, not started by me.
Took 1 email and a matter of hours and the account was deleted so it is indeed his account to me and there is zero proof otherwise.
