Sharp has already redeemed some of the warrants.

As for any remaining warrants that have not been redeemed, HMBL closed above .20, so there is profit to be had. If it drops below, it may not be profitable, but still has value regardless of where the price ends up next week or next month.

Profit is different than value. If it were to drop below the strike price, there is still value in the warrants. Keep in mind that Sharp bought the warrants when the price was below the strike price. You said that there is no value. We both know that is not true.

The only way a warrant has no value is if it expires unredeemed. I don't see that happening. One last note, these warrants can be sold to another party. It can also be leveraged. That is stocks 301.
