I'd go ahead and read paragraph 3.2(b) if anyone is wondering why royalties were paid...

They had to pay royalties on all of it. Beyond 100,000 MT, they owed more.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
