You can always buy into a SPAC if you want to. They will be publicly listed. You don't need a stock dividend for that.

I'm not interested in any of the SPAC's, assuming that they will be properly valued. Why would I be. I'm interested in fair value for ITUP shares.

In general, it's acquisitions like Gayatri that add value. Companies where the current debt takes a significant toll on earnings. And I like agriculture in general.
