It was a toss up between them both FMCCI or T. But I think FMCCI has a better dividend structure. Even if they get paid out at par or 12% it’s a 10 bagger where commons are a riskier gamble in my mind. Even if they release the GES and keep the preferred it will be a great investment with a great dividend
