Why? --- because i did listen to it.. and i listened to plaintiffs arguments which were spspa writedown OR conversion. OR conversion is an option for the government to choose with this whole thing

What will you tell Bove that this board is too smart for Jps fake news plans that commons are worthless? Bove? That guy has had lots of ideas that have been all over the place wishy washy for years.


Why do commons out trade Jps in volume and are easy to buy and sell when Jps are not lots of liquidity in commons at these prices is --- that's not an investment thesis.. there are lots of overvalued securities out there, i'm proposing that this is one of them. tesla and amc have liquidity too.

No need to say worthless without answering what the judge said about the conversion you should look at what plaintiffs are arguing for and what the judge panel is going to do ... they are going to remand. plaintiffs are arguing for conversion.
