............FDIC didn't give up anything, imo.............FDIC used frankie's money/stock to get you off their back, BEANBAG (yes frankie got tremendous tax benefits, from both the NOLs and the GRAT).....but .....no FDIC money......................

.....and the RECOVERIES....................WOW............on a turd, barely $2-billion bank failure............really only about $500mm, net losses and frankie paid, what $360mm.............and then $300mm in RECOVERIES............before settling with us....................

....I mean, the FDIC ALMOST MADE MONEY OFF OF OUR FAILURE.......should break even which is unheard of....................
