That was in 2020. It's a well established fact that things were said in 2020 that didn't go as planned. Some say they were lies by Gary... some say they were statements made with unrealistic/overexuberant optimism. No interest in arguing about 2020.

Whatever the case with Maverick PCTL is still very much engaged with them.

That deal, whatever it was/is, was never filed with the SEC.

This one was.

Art was not around in 2020. He came into the company in 2021 and has worked to clean things up and establish credibility. So far they have followed through on recent statements and I expect them to continue.
