.....THAT 12/30/2021 DECISION is a REMAND and MIGHT CAUSE FOR A BIGGER SETTLEMENT................!!!!!!.............

......but we did 'ABANDON' the BK, at the direction of the FDIC......yes could be a trick...................doubtful...............but we left the BK because we expected TAXABLE proceeds of some sort................

.....LAY OUT ALL OF THE LOGIC MATRICES, newtie........1.........FCNCA bought holdco, paid with ella ann holding's GRAT stock...2.....we abandoned the BK........expecting a taxable dividend................

........................dunno...................we settled sumptin' on those GARGANTUAN recoveries....................and the FDIC doesn't want to associate itself with nice folks like you and me, newtie..........FACTS.....
