.......still not established that this legal proceeding applies to FDIC as receiver for United Western Bank..................it might keep the RECEIVER from terminating itself........................but, THE MONEY.......................THE MONEY, newt, is all that matters.........

......None of the ongoing LIBOR litigation...............catches my eye because I was told by the FDIC that our portion of LIBOR was settled..................maybe we did, maybe we didn't...................

...........NIGHTMARE AIN'T OVER...........................may never end......
