.............same story, newt..........NA...........that's not the case which involved UWB/FDIC.........................there were several and the BOND litigants..........OURS........ok, FDIC's settled..............

....good find, newt, but doesn't apply and even if it does.........they will settle, eventually................both sides have lawyer money, so this will drag on............BUT I DON'T THINK THIS IS OUR CASE.......we settled......................I found the settlement news story.........
