I don't know if its the only investigative pathway--but it is the OBVIOUS one--enter the Occam Razor

You leave out the millions $$ that nodder pocketed from amarex kickbacks, and the fife kickbacks

Its funny some shareholders have always wondered--why would a CEO continue to use toxic financing--why not just sell the shares that shareholders alklowed to be used for funds?? Why get 6- 70 cents for each dollar and throw in warrants on top of that?? Well its not hard to figure out if anyone tries. Same with amarex. Some shareholders were grumbling in 2018 and a lot in 2019 that "something is wrong" with the CRO and the BLA not being filed and NO ONE @ cydy demanding an audit? No outside consultant to check data? Can you imagine ANY company that spent MILLIONS for data--not wanting that data verified--FOR YEARS. All along being lied to about "they do fantastic job".
Then suddenly when the cheating CFO is retired--the new (complicit in scheme) CFO suddenly finds accounting mistakes--oh look what I found!! Only going on for a few years. Good job Judas--I mean Antonio
Now question is why have skelly and antonio been allowed to remain??
