Yes, I don't see why not. Convert them to preferred stock and retire the 125 million common stock. They are restricted anyway. After being held for a year he can sell 1% of the then OS every 3 months. So that would be around 9 million shares per 3 months or 3 million per month every 3 months. Frankly, he doesn't deserve that many shares, same with Bjorklund...they shirked their fiduciary duties, in my opinion...I wouldn't honor anything the prior managements did here...JMO
