Think conceptually about how institutions can gain significant upside leverage in a stock without showing the public market all of their cards or piling on the bid in the order book. There are tools available for them to remain relatively quiet while achieving their goals.

For clarity, I have no (ie, zero) direct knowledge of anything going on with IQST stock on this front or in this regard, I'm purely hypothesizing potential possibilities.
