It's corporate structure was dissolved legally when the BOD were dismissed from the company. PWC was the corporation's only temporary legal signing authority. A corporation is it's own legal entity in the view of the law whether it is public or private. PWC was discharged by the court without any "plan of arrangement" being filed.
