Everybody here knows about that $1.5M note, if not it's their problem...
Reading filings is part of the trader's job!

PPS is not important till the note is not fully converted.

O/S - 1.7B still low float for OTC
Revenue $10M-$20M - show me another company with the same O/S and Revenue with such low PPS !
