I never said shares would be taken as I don’t think they would be. Like I said I have shares of a company that was liquidated long ago and the shares still sit in my account. The trading ended 7 or so years ago and I still have the shares to this day
None of that changes the fact that BioAmber ended the day the liquidation was approved just like all other liquidated companies. They all end the same with shareholders getting nothing. Companies do not come back after being liquidated to pay their former shareholders a windfall
