Larry - add .OB to the ticker on Yahoo. No need to do this on bigcharts.com. Also, for the filings, go to www.sec.gov and do a search using the company name (not the ticker).

In contrast to the companies i mentioned before, i would never buy something like this, which went up several hundred percent in October, yet produces nothing but red ink. These companies are all over the place, on the Nas, Amex and BB:
