The CEAD morons did it. Diluted, RS, then issued more shares. Then they will sell (dump) the new shares at the RS pricing. Bringing the price down.
These guys are thieves.
I think there is a market cap and revenue requirement for NASDAQ. pulling in 2.1 million every three months can't pay salaries.
