A company that claims $70 million in cash and $30 million in gold bullion from the sale of a gold mine......should be able to say where the mine is, what it is called, if it is open pit or underground, what the tonnage was, what the grade was, what the total production was, who did the mining, what the concession number was, a little about the geology, what the current status is (is it mined out or still active?). Basic stuff.

But, regardless of the complete lack of facts.....it is a really idiotic idea that a one-man OTC company run by a guy with zero internet presence (James Gilbert) with no mining experience, no mining connections, no qualifications, could take a couple hundred thousand bucks and buy a "mine", and several years later walk away with $100 million in profit? That alone should make folks realize this is nothing but fraud.
