Is munchkin paid by the ADA too. The ada is slick, they act like they're lobbying for dental care with 'means testing' or offering benefits to the very poor and no one else. But the ada knows congress isn't buying the means testing gig, so ada pushed for something they know won't pass while in the meantime real changes are blockaded by their pal munchkin.
