Didn't mean to put words in your mouth, my bad. However, Manchin didn't care how the tax breaks were financed. Or that they push the tax burdens further onto the middle class.

Otherwise, though, Manchin has no legs to stand on, his state will reap enormous rewards from the BBB program.

However it's financed, you can be sure that the people of WV will pay less than their fair share, and that's a fact.
