I will go look at the filing on SEC website. On Edgar, the most recent filing, it just states .01. we will see where they sell the shares at and tbh it isn't of much consequence to me. You never know, this could be much higher than a cent by then. Solid group of long here with large stacks and dry powder. The Baird road properties add significant value and the rolling dunes sale, once reflected in the official numbers will command higher pps. This is the case even if they max the OS, something I don't think will happen. No shares added for 5 months now. We will see if Josh has learned from the last time around or not.
