Well there you have it then....They wouldn't pass the 5T because it wasnt paid for....They used gimmicks to lower it, then again to lower it more..

The cost is still the same as the 5T bill

As I also said,,,BBB could be fully funded, the whole 5T by raising taxes on the rich which was Biden's original plan,,,Manchin agreed with that...It was Sinema who wouldn't go along..
