munchkin did not negotiate in a bipartisan way. He was instrumental in short circuiting taxes to business, big energy concessions and to his coal industry which were in the first bill that he crossed out and now Biden is still trying to get those back. munchkin did not vote for child care.

And don't forget that Biden is banking on passing laws to make super rich pay fair taxes. Their fair tax was to go a long way toward paying for most of the bill. And munchkin has fought that every step of the way, and might even had been one of the main authors of a rich tax provision giving the rich another loophole.
