Thanks for getting back to me with my question.
Well either him not responding is a bad sign or a really good sign.
If they are close he is either very busy or will no longer communicate with anyone until things become current.
I would assume that since the stock does not trade anymore, there would be no point in not just telling you point blank that things are over and done. Since if that is the case that has already has happened. I would view his non response as a “good” sign.
