Correct, I read through each item...your point wasn't my point.

I actually view this as a positive that someone in house pushed for disclosure of what could be material issues for the Company and its shareholders. Not sure who the voice of reason was internally, but this type disclosure is a staple of what a NASDAQ listed entity would have to work through with their auditors.
