Because if you have any experience in these matters, it's essentially what happens. Look at GSDT. After the RS, it has tanked and barely trades. They were all wiped out.

I've been caught up in a few RS on the OTC, and it has never ever ended up in my favour. And all of those stocks are now dead to me. My value has diminished to nothing.
