You seem to forget Skwyerz saved QMC shareholders from the L2 dilution to oblivion terms of that contact.

Did Skwyerz ever pay off the L2 judgment against QMC?

Here you are bragging about getting out with only a 7 thousand loss, without Skwyerz taking on L2 you most likely would have lost everything you had in the company.

Private does not mean inactive or worthless, it just means paperwork was not filed with the SEC.

I willing to bet history will show you wished you kept your shares.
