Someone stated that on page 8 of the offering statement
It does say 2 cent .02
So one way or another there is a mistake
And the fact the ceo stated in a text to a few people it was .02 / 250 million shares i feel there is no reason for him to lie
But the amount of shares on the page does say 2,500 billion is like the mistake and the .002 on the other part is the mistake
I feel even if they need cash
You would not offer that big amount of shares if the price in the open n my market
Is at the time over 2 x that
Selling small amount or give share in return for work I can see at that price
But not selling 2.5 b at 002
