Doubt it. NP was going to sink with the ship until the very last minute and milk every dollar out of CYDY. He would never agree to step down.

We may never know, but I strongly suspect the new CoB, Tanya, started orchestrating NP’s removal back in December when it was clear that Samsung and Amarex weren’t going to be paid, but the Proactiv bill would be. IMO, she convinced SK to step down first (using the SEC/DOJ investigation as leverage), which gave her the votes to oust NP. This has likely been the plan since she was identified as a candidate for the BOD. Paulson cannot let CYDY fail and they likely recommended her to NP and with her impressive background. NP agreed to his own fate at CYDY. She has executed the strategy fairly well so far and it’ll be interesting how she moves forward from this point.
